APL2000 Subscription Program
APL2000 Subscriptions Now Include APL64
Significant Benefits for Customers With Active Subscriptions on July 1, 2022 and who Maintain these Subscriptions:
- Both APL64 and APL+Win developer and runtime licenses will be perpetual.
- If the Subscription is continuously maintained from July 1, 2022 to any date prior to June 30, 2027, during that Subscription period:
- No increase in Subscription renewal cost (Pre-July 1 pricing will apply).
- The licenses for current APL64 and APL+Win products will be perpetual.
For Customers Without Active Subscriptions on July 1, 2022 or if a Subscription lapses after July 1, 2022:
- A new Subscription must be purchased at the prevailing price to obtain current APL+Win and APL64 products.
- New Subscription prices will increase by 20% as of July 1, 2022.
- The license for the developer session components of APL+Win and APL64 will not be perpetual; the APL+Win and APL64 runtime licenses will be perpetual.
Pricing for APL2000 Subscriptions varies depending on the number of APL+Win licenses and service level. Subscriptions may include Enterprise and/or support coupons which can be used for expediting solutions to critical development issues. Coupons may be redeemed for consulting or training. The APL2000 Developer Network (APLDN) Forum enables users to submit their questions and comments and therefore foster greater communication among members of the APL community.

2 Enterprise Coupons is a remotely delivered, consultative support option providing comprehensive service beyond standard break-fix product maintenance needs. They provide short-term advice and guidance for problems not covered by Telephone Support Coupons, as well as requests for consultative assistance for design, development and deployment issues.
3 Enterprise Coupons and Telephone Support Coupons must be used in the quarter they are issued.

The APL2000 subscription options described here are effective on 07/02/2022. Pre-existing APL2000 subscriptions remain in effect until their expiration date. Continued access to these APL2000 Subscriber Resources requires APL2000 customers renew their subscriptions on or before the subscription expiration date. Prices apply to the USA and may be different in other regions. Technical support includes software installation and activation assistance, explanation of software features and benefits and response to customer questions about the operation of APL2000 software products.
